JRuby binaries reside in /Applications/NetBeans/NetBeans 6.5.app/Contents/Resources/NetBeans/ruby2/jruby-1.1.4/bin But when I change the directory and run "./jruby" it complains with: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jruby/Main Obviously, running from the command line screws up the classpath.
