Same issues here, almost. Running 10.5.8 on a 1.33 PB G4. All latest updates applied, also have iLife and iWork 09 installed. Flash works okay in Firefox, but not in Safari – says I don’t have a plugin, etc. Actually, it seems related to the quicktime plugin plist, as my Mail attachments all have the QT icon only – though I can QuickLook them okay… ?!

I’ll try your idea, I think I may have tried it already, but I’ve already spent way too much time troubleshooting this problem, I may just Erase and Install if this keeps up – my fear? It won’t fix the problem.

I heard they have had major cutbacks and are in big trouble due to financial games by Gully. Anyone else hear that ?

I won’t love this one before but due to jealous of my friend, I buyed Pentax K10D. But Now I know its best with Adobe Lightroom/Camera Raw. And that made me too comment.

In fact I have a question. Check out http://wiki.netbeans.org/RubyDebugging#section-RubyDebugging-JRuby please.

I was trying to follow this on Tiger. But how the heck do I start the JRuby Interpreter at the terminal? JRuby binaries reside in

/Applications/NetBeans/NetBeans 6.5.app/Contents/Resources/NetBeans/ruby2/jruby-1.1.4/bin

But when I change the directory and run “./jruby” it complains with:

Exception in thread “main” java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jruby/Main

Obviously, running from the command line screws up the classpath.

Any idea?
